Winners announced for the 34th PROPS Awards
The UK’s longest-standing property awards returned to JW Marriott Grosvenor House London for the 34th PROPS Awards, bringing together almost 1,000 senior leaders from across the property and finance sectors for an unforgettable afternoon of celebration, fundraising and recognition.
Hosted by Variety, the Children’s Charity and presented by broadcaster and former international rugby player Martin Bayfield, the event celebrated the outstanding achievements of individuals and companies across the property industry, whilst raising vital funds to support disabled and disadvantaged children across the UK.
Since launching in 1992, the PROPS Awards has raised millions for Variety, the Children’s Charity, helping to improve the lives of disabled and disadvantaged children throughout the UK through life-changing wheelchairs, specialist equipment, Sunshine Coaches and Great Days Out.
One of the afternoon’s most moving moments came when Variety beneficiary Dante joined Katie Piper OBE on stage to share his story and the impact Variety’s support has had on his life, reminding the room exactly why the PROPS Awards continues to matter so much.
The prestigious PROPS Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Ian Marcus OBE in recognition of his exceptional contribution to the property industry over several decades.
Chair of the PROPS Awards, Candice Sammeroff, said:
What an extraordinary afternoon. To see almost 1,000 people from across the industry come together not only to celebrate excellence, but to make such a meaningful difference to children’s lives, is incredibly special. The generosity and support shown throughout the day was remarkable, and we are enormously grateful to every sponsor, supporter, donor and guest who helped make this year’s PROPS Awards such a huge success.”
The 35th PROPS Awards will return to JW Marriott Grosvenor House London on Thursday 27 May 2027. Following another sell-out year, early enquiries for tables and sponsorship are now open. To reserve a table or discuss partnership opportunities, please contact props@variety.co.uk.
