Now with a new communication device funded by Variety, the Children’s Charity, his and his family’s lives are getting easier and Cayden can get back to doing the things he loves.

Aurora is a lively and sociable four-year-old girl who enjoys big sensory activities. Since receiving a new safety sleeper bed funded by Variety, the Children’s Charity, Aurora and her family have enjoyed more peaceful nights.

5-and-a-half-year-old Lenny (who is very particular about that half) has received a new lightweight wheelchair from Variety, the Children’s Charity and he has been enjoying exploring new places with his mountain bike wheels.

12-year-old Jacob is a loving and lively child who lives with his mum, his dad, his little brother, and his baby sister. With a new Safe Space Voyager Bed funded by Variety, the Children’s Charity, Jacob can stay over at his grandparents’ house, allowing his parents to get a good night’s rest knowing that he is safe.

19-year-old Liam has been finding success in wheelchair basketball since receiving a custom-fit wheelchair from Variety, the Children’s Charity.

Daniel received funding for an all-terrain powered wheelchair from Variety six years ago when he was 17-years-old. Now 23-years-old, Dan is thriving in his own home and living a fulfilling, independent life.

18-year-old Dan first received a sports powered wheelchair from Variety when he was 14-years-old. His mum, Sam, talks about Dan’s journey to overcoming his mental health issues.

Five-year-old Jude has spastic diplegic Cerebral Palsy, which means he is unable to walk. Since receiving a Tiny Trax powered wheelchair from Variety, he has been gaining independence, as well as discovering woodland walks and muddy parks.

16-year-old Illias has been storming ahead in the world of wheelchair racing, taking part in international competitions and building a fantastic sporting career.
