Variety’s 2023 Impact Report

The 2023 Impact Report for Variety, the Children’s Charity is now live and we are thrilled to share with you all our hard work, made possible by our incredible supporters. As we celebrate our 75th year in Great Britain, we are looking back on our past successes, while looking forward to an amazing future.

2023 Highlights

In 2023, we helped 160,399 children and young people with wheelchair grants, specialist equipment grants, Sunshine Coaches, Variety Great Days Out, and medical care at the Variety Children’s Hospital.

143 children benefited from wheelchairs and equipment.

79,300 children were provided with Sunshine Coaches.

7,956 children went on Variety Great Days Out.

73,000 children and young people were helped through the Variety Children’s Hospital.

We supported children and young people in 132 towns and cities across the UK.

We worked with 31 corporate partners, 21 trusts and foundations, 11 challenge events companies, and 8 other charities and non-profit organisations.
