The Midlands PROPS Awards 2026 shortlist announced
The Midlands PROPS Awards is a standout event in the Midlands property industry’s calendar, recognising and celebrating individuals and companies that have excelled in the sector while raising vital funds for the children and young people supported by Variety, the Children’s Charity.
This year marks the 5th edition of the Midlands PROPS Awards, taking place on Thursday 30th April 2026, at The Grand Hotel, Birmingham. Awards will be presented across 8 categories, celebrating the achievements of leading office deals, developers, investment, ESG, Law firms, buildings and rising stars in the industry. This year’s winners will be revealed on the night.
