Pupils from Winchelsea (Poole), Beaucroft (Wimborne) and Linwood (Bournemouth) special schools together with young carers from St Johns and St Clements Schools (Boscombe) and Annie’s Nursery (Queens Park, Bournemouth) had a marvelous time watching the antics of the monkeys. It was a cool dry morning and the apes were particularly active, making it very interesting to watch.

Volunteers from 4COM Telecommunications in Bournemouth Tash, Richard, Adam, Holly and Katie helped throughout the day.
Frances Cornelius, Chair of Variety Wessex, said:
“Thank you to Alison Cronin and her staff at Monkey World and to all who made this day a very special one for these beautiful children.”
