At Variety, the Children’s Charity, we believe that every child has a right to live their best life and reach their full potential, whoever they are. We fund and deliver life-changing programmes that enhance the quality of life and give children and young people across the UK a better future.

We are currently undergoing a major review of our charitable programmes, operations, and fundraising to ensure they are relevant, fit for purpose, needs driven, and maximise impact to individual families, schools and children’s organisations, and the wider community. As the charity prepares for a period of ambitious growth, we are introducing a series of new roles, as well as building on existing ones, to ensure we have the right skills in place to deliver our plans to help more children and young people.
