Resa joined Variety from running her own successful People and Culture consultancy, working with a range of charities, businesses and social enterprises including NCVO, JW3, The One to One’s Children’s Fund, Brighter Futures Together and the FIA Foundation.

Favourite projects include recruiting and resourcing large-scale international creative projects, implementing progression programmes and leadership training for a range of growing organisations, building people processes for social start-ups and running a successful Kickstart gateway that found more than 150 young people their first role during Covid.

Previously, Resa worked at Timewise, a social enterprise focused on supporting parents back into work, leading their recruitment, coaching and consultancy teams from pilot to commercially successful services.

She started out in the charity sector, working for Friends of the Earth, WJR and Planned Parenthood in a range of HR and people focused roles. She currently is a trustee of the Frontier Learning Trust, a London based Multi-Academy Trust, and sits on the People Advisory Committee of North London Hospice.

Outside of work, Resa enjoys yoga, singing, good food and live music. She’s really trying to enjoy running, too.
