Lindsey joined Variety in May 2025 from the charity CoppaFeel, where she led the fundraising team and grew income to reach more young people affected by breast cancer. As Director of Development, she worked on large multi-year brand partnerships and campaigns, while rebranding and growing the flagship fundraising event CoppaTrek. 

With twenty years’ experience in the Third Sector, Lindsey has worked at FareShare and Macmillan Cancer Support, winning multiple awards and raising millions of pounds. She started her career at the charity Sparks, supporting children’s medical research and is very passionate about supporting children and young people to reach their potential.
