Hugh volunteered with Variety for two years before joining as the Midlands Fundraising Manager.

His previous experience includes over ten years of event management, sponsorship activation and sales. He also ran the Thai Grand Restaurant with his wife in Loughborough for 13 years. He loves tennis and will be found most days on a court with his son if he’s not working.
