Finn is Variety’s Trusts and Foundations Executive, working with charitable trusts and foundations to secure funding that helps transform the lives of disabled and disadvantaged children and young people. Having previously worked at a dementia charity, Finn is passionate about building lasting partnerships and ensuring funders see the real difference their support makes.

Outside of Variety, Finn is a musician, songwriter and performer. He studied performance and songwriting at university and enjoys creating and performing original music.
