The ladies enjoyed a superb afternoon browsing clothing and accessories stalls with the ‘Edge’ clothing range displaying gorgeous summer wear and ‘Stella & Dot’ displaying accessories to compliment any occasion or outfit.

After a wonderful drinks reception followed by a two course lunch with tea & coffee, the ladies all listened attentively to guest speakers Lucy Mc Avoy and Hayley Robinson, two of four sisters who have taken the Gin industry by storm with their own unique brand of Gin called ‘4 Sisters Gin’.

Lucy and Hayley answered many questions from the ladies in the room followed by a demonstration from the stage on how they blend the gin at home and just how this amazing group of four sisters started in business.

During the lunch, the ladies were entertained by the remarkable talents of recording artist, Alexander Stewart, who had everyone dancing and then surprised each lady with a complimentary copy of his latest CD to take home in the goody bag.

The afternoon organised by the Variety Vixens with sponsorship from FRP Advisory and Bibby Financial was a great success with lots of good fun and superb raffle prizes.

Fiona, Paula, Jo said:

“Variety, the Children’s Charity, is our chosen charity as we are all mothers ourselves, so we are delighted to have raised £3750 which will go a long way to support a brighter future for those children and families who need it most.
