The PROPS Awards 2026 shortlist announced
The PROPS Awards is a standout event in the UK property industry’s calendar, recognising and celebrating individuals and companies that have excelled in the sector while raising vital funds for the children and young people supported by Variety, the Children’s Charity.
This year marks the 34th edition of the PROPS Awards, taking place on Thursday 14 May 2026, at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London. Awards will be presented across 15 categories, celebrating the achievements of leading developers, investors, agents, lenders and rising stars in the industry.
Since its inception in 1992, the PROPS Awards has raised millions for Variety, the Children’s Charity. These vital funds help provide specialist equipment, accessible transport and life enhancing experiences for disabled and disadvantaged children across the UK.
This year’s winners will be revealed at the PROPS Awards Lunch on Thursday 14 May 2026, from 11.45 am at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London, W1K 7TN.
