The event will take place on Thursday, 27th June 2024 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London. Sol and Eddie have achieved this award in recognition of their contribution to the real estate sector and wider entrepreneurship.

Sol and Eddie founded Topland Group in the 1990s following the property market boom. The business’ early strategy focused on achieving long term income through investment in commercial real estate assets across the board, with a multi-billion pound portfolio including a current pipeline of development in excess of £1bn.

Topland Group’s current core focus, under the leadership and chairmanship of Sol Zakay, remains to invest in real estate and the business continues to diversify its services to include financing, joint ventures and private equity investment. The group has diversified its portfolio across the capital stack to include purchases and loans in key sectors such as healthcare, energy, and hospitality.
