Over 1,100 Merseyside children meet Santa at Gulliver’s World, Warrington
Thanks to the sponsorship of Mandy Molby and Claire Gallagher, over 1,100 Merseyside children enjoyed a special Christmas party at Gulliver’s World, Warrington.
Each year Mandy and Claire raise funds for disabled, sick and disadvantaged children in Merseyside, such as through the spectacular Children’s Charity Ball at Thornton Hall in Wirral that they organised earlier this year. However, the highlight in both their annual calendars is this very special Christmas party at Gulliver’s World.
At this year’s event, the children all got the opportunity to experience the exciting fun rides at the park before being entertained with a fantastic pantomime that had everyone on the edge of their seat with excitement.
After enjoying a wonderful slap-up party meal complete with cakes, jelly, ice cream, sandwiches and some delicious hot food, the children took the magical Gully’s Train to meet Father Christmas himself at his spectacular Winter Wonderland Grotto. Each Child took home a special gift from Father Christmas that they had personally chosen from the Santa’s Elves workshop.
Mandy and Claire said: “We work hard to ensure that every child in our local communities has a day to remember with their friends and family, one that will make memories to last a lifetime. Variety, the Children’s Charity is very close to our hearts and we are delighted to support the charity in its 70th Birthday year.”
Thank you to Showtime Photo Booth, photo booth hire in London, for generously providing a photo booth for the children to enjoy at the party.
