Variety’s Legends of Industry Awards 2019, which took place at the Hilton Hotel, Deansgate, Manchester on Thursday 3rd October 2019, honoured and celebrated those who have achieved outstanding success in their chosen field of business and industry, whilst raising crucial funds to support sick, disabled and disadvantaged children and young people.

The evening featured fantastic entertainment from top soul band Kate Bells Motown Experience show, and Vocalist Joe Speares. Young Variety Ambassador Dante Marvin sang ‘One Little Voice’, ensuring that there wasn’t a dry eye in the house!

2019 award winners included Sheridan Smith OBE, Deborah Meaden, Connor McIntyre, Beth Tweddle MBE, Dr Erinma Bell MBE, Cannon and Ball, Mike Summerbee, Amin Amiri, Lucy Meacock, Gerry Yeung OBE, Harry Yeung MBE and Mark Ormrod.
