A Sunshine Coach provided by Variety, the Children’s Charity and funded by Chartered Wealth Management was donated to Rosebank School in Cheshire. All the team at CWM including directors, management and staff all came along to see the children’s faces when the Sunshine Coach arrived. Susan Craig, Northwest Appeals Chairman at Variety was in attendance and handed over the keys of the coach to the school.

The school caters for nearly fifty children up to the age of eleven years who have special educational needs. All students have been diagnosed with autism and there are many students with additional needs, such as epilepsy, ADHD, ODD, global developmental delay, dyslexia, dyspraxia and sensory processing disorder.

The Directors of Chartered Wealth Management said:

“CWM are delighted to show our support and commitment to Variety, the Children’s Charity by sponsoring this fantastic Sunshine Coach to such a worthy school as Rosebank. We hope all the children enjoy the freedom and fun that a Variety Sunshine Coach can bring to them for many years to come.”

Lyn Staunton, Variety’s Northwest Development Director said:

“We are hugely grateful to CWM who have funded today’s Sunshine Coach. These coaches enable children and young people with special needs to get the most out of school life by accessing learning and recreational facilities outside of the school environment.”

Variety’s Sunshine Coaches have helped improve the lives of thousands of disabled or disadvantaged children across the UK. The coaches enable schools to take children on education and recreational days out allowing children to explore places they would otherwise never have visited. Earlier this year, Variety donated their 5,500th Sunshine Coach in the UK.
