Accessible Retail organises ‘A Beast of a Christmas’ virtual fundraising quiz for Variety
With their annual Christmas events cancelled, Accessible Retail has teamed up with SR Events and the Shop Agents Society to organise a ‘A Beast of a Christmas’ – a fantastic virtual fundraising quiz in aid of Variety. The event, which is kindly sponsored by Travis Perkins plc and Mountpark, will take place on Thursday, 3rd December 2020, from 4.30pm to 7.00pm.
The quiz will be hosted by Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett, while BBC and ITV presenter John Inverdale will conduct an exciting charity auction. The event finale will feature an online Q&A session with Martin Bayfield, the actor, broadcaster, and former rugby union player.
Members of the public are invited to get together with their family, friends and colleagues to have some festive fun and generate much-needed Christmas cheer, while raising funds for the disabled and disadvantaged children Variety supports.
Accessible Retail is hoping to reach a target of £25,000 to help Variety support vulnerable children during these difficult times.
Will you support our campaign?
Teams of four are invited to enter the quiz. Tickets cost £100 plus VAT per team.
Donations are also welcome to support the initiative.
The event is open to all members of Accessible Retail, Shop Agents Society, as well as sponsors and supporters of Variety.
What your support will mean
Currently, over 1,000 families with disabled children are desperately waiting for vital equipment from Variety. This number will only increase during the coming months as families face new challenges brought about by the pandemic. They need our help now more than ever, and your support will make a real difference.
