WWT London Wetland Centre is a conservation charity focused on saving wetlands. Located in the heart of London, they are an urban oasis, which provides home to nationally important populations of wildfowl as well as being a haven for rare plants, amphibians, reptiles and mammals such as bats and the elusive water vole. As an organisation they believe in the importance of ensuring everyone has access to wildlife and wild spaces.
WWT has supported Variety for a number of years allowing eligible school classes to visit for free. Children have plenty to see and explore at the centre from the collection of endangered wetland birds and asiatic short-clawed otters to wild birds.
