Variety Takes Part in Remember A Charity Week
Every year, more and more people are leaving a gift to charity in their Will. Most of our funds come from the generosity of supporters like you, but it’s a little known fact that gifts in Wills are actually our most vital source of income. Charitable legacies are the foundation for causes like ours and are vital in continuing our work. Even a small amount can make a huge difference.
That’s why we’re taking part in Remember A Charity in your Will Week, from 11th -17th September 2017 to help raise awareness of the importance of gifts left in Wills.
Pamela Sinclair, Chief Barker 2016, tells us why she has chosen to leave variety a gift in her will.
A generous gift
We’re indebted to wonderful people like Margaret Mealing who left us a gift in her Will and now 4 special needs schools have brand new Variety Sunshine Coaches as a result of her wonderful gift. These will help so many children now and will continue to help well into the future.
Leaving a gift to Variety in your Will is easier than you think!
So many children with additional needs are waiting to have the opportunity to experience a more rewarding childhood and realise their unique potential. Please take the time to consider leaving a gift to Variety in your Will and leaving a lasting legacy.
