Variety, the Children’s Charity invites you to the 7th ‘PROPS’ Breakfast at The Dorchester on Tuesday 7th November to help raise money for disabled and disadvantaged children.
“The UK Property Market - Reality and Perceptions”
Breakfast and network with your peers whilst enjoying insights from Rt Hon John Redwood MP on “The UK Property Market - Reality and Perceptions”. Followed by a Q&A with the audience.
John Redwood won a free place at Kent College, Canterbury, and graduated from Magdalen College Oxford. He is a Distinguished fellow of All Souls, Oxford. A businessman by background, he has set up an investment management business, was both executive and non-executive Chairman of a quoted industrial PLC, and chaired a manufacturing company with factories in Birmingham, Chicago, India and China. He has been the MP for Wokingham since 1987.
Past events have featured the late Irvine Sellar, Lord Matthew Oakshott, Toby Courtauld, Steve Morgan, Tony Pidgley CBE, Bill Hughes, Bruce Ritchie, Michael Slade, Mike Hussey and Steven Norris.
More than 300 people attended last years “the PROPS” Breakfast event … and have contributed an incredible £180,000 towards Variety’s wheelchair programme!.
The PROPS events have been running for 26 years with all proceeds given to Variety to support disabled, disadvantaged children. Since 1992, it has raised over £10 million. This has enabled Variety to provide more than 2,000 custom built wheelchairs and other essential items to children and young people all round the UK, delivering them with the critical passport to independence they desperately need and deserve.
